The NFT contains two 4k gifs which will be exchanged automatically by a smart contract as soon as the goal of obtaining a Golden Visa is reached.
A Golden Visa is a residency by investment program (or citizenship by investment program). It is offered by many of the EU and Schengen countries and is directed to wealthy foreign nationals who want to acquire residency in a certain country by investing a substantial amout of money or purchasing a property. But why only wealthy foreigners?

The NFT's filename holds the question, while the answer is in the gif, to be exchanged as soon as we have reached the goal to secure residency for our refugee friends.
About the Project
Peng! is launching a refugee for Golden Visa scheme, where artists donate original NFT work to raise the capital needed to invest in the scheme. The funds raised through the NFT artworks will be used to buy property in Portugal, which will provide the basis investment needed to allow a family of refugees to apply for the golden Visa. This in turn will provide the family with residency permits, housing and some funds to start a new life in Europe.
